Terms of Use
Effective August 31, 2026
Using the service
You may use this service to organize information about an accident and, when you request it, explore a possible introduction to a participating law firm. You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the site, speaking with Sofia, submitting information or receiving a possible match does not create an attorney-client relationship. A law firm independently decides whether it can evaluate or accept a matter. Representation begins only after the firm accepts the matter and both parties complete a separate written agreement.
No professional advice or emergency service
Site content and Sofia responses are informational and are not legal or medical advice. Sofia cannot diagnose an injury, determine whether a legal claim exists or replace advice from a qualified professional. Call 911 for an emergency.
No guarantee
Results are not guaranteed. We do not promise that a participating firm will accept a matter or that using the service will produce any particular legal, medical or financial outcome.
Consent, privacy and contact
We process information according to the consent presented when you use a form or assistant and our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Phillips Law Group or another identified participating firm only when the applicable experience and consent language says so and you request that review. Any consent to calls, texts or email is governed by the language shown when contact is requested. Consent to marketing contact is not required to use the informational action-plan experience.
Changes and availability
The service may change, pause or stop without notice. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
